Tea for Two

Here's a few more from my day at Cheri's. Watching these two have a tea party was just the cutest thing!








The lid to the tea pot kept falling off into her cup and they thought it was hillarious.



To me this picture looked like it could use some "vintage"processing.

Hannah

This is Rebecca's (Cheri's daughter) best friend. She was such a little model and so well behaved! She was telling me all about her ideas for posing.

Beautfiul Eyes!

I went to my friend Cheri's house this past week for an outdoor photography session of her children. They have such a beautiful yard nestled in the woods. I met Cheri at MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and she's become a good friend of mine. I was so excited to take pictures of her children because they have such beautiful eyes! Here's a few from her session.


Little Nate did not want his picture taken that day! I got a few good shots of him, but I'll be going back up to get a few more group shots.

Ava

Ava was less than one week old when I took her pictures. She has already changed so much in the past few weeks. It is so important to schedule your newborn session within two weeks after the baby's birth because their precious newborn look is so quickly fleeting!


I loved these flowers!












I found this beautiful wreath and I thought it would be perfect for some "vintage" looking pictures. It's not my usual "style" but I knew the mom and grandmother would like them. What do you think?


This is the picture her mom used on her birth announcement. I'm looking forward to her 3 month session!

Peter

I was honored when Sue contacted me to create a portrait for Peter, and a bit nervous. He is such a talented artist. I'm sure you've seen a lot of his beautiful stained glass throughout the city. He took me on a 4 wheeler to a beautiful vista to take these pictures.
